Online Notepad is a free browser-based notepad. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
3. Your content and your responsibility
You own the notes you write. They are stored in your browser and are not sent to us. You are responsible for keeping backups, and we are not responsible for lost, deleted or corrupted notes. Do not use Online Notepad to store passwords, financial details or other highly sensitive information.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a harmful rate, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Intellectual property
The Online Notepad name, design, text and code are the property of GroWithMoney unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or republish them without permission, apart from fair use such as short quotations with a link back.
